Cupbop Nutrition Facts & Calorie Calculator – Calories, Protein, Carbs & Fat for Every Item

This page lists Cupbop’s calories, protein, carbs, fat and sodium for its bowls, sides, sauces and drinks, with a calculator for combo bowls. The numbers come from Cupbop’s official nutrition table. For prices, see our Cupbop menu page.

This is general information, not medical or dietary advice, and values can vary by location. If you have a food allergy, read our allergen guide and confirm with your local store.

Cupbop Nutrition Facts – Calories, Fat, Sodium & Protein by Bowl

Cupbop Entrees: Full Nutrition Breakdown

Nutrition for every fixed Cupbop entree, from Cupbop’s official table. Combo Bop and Mega Bop depend on which proteins you pick, so use the calculator below.

We Checked Cupbop’s Math

Calories can be estimated from the macros: fat × 9 + carbs × 4 + protein × 4. We ran this on every bowl in Cupbop’s table. Nine of the eleven bowls land within about 6% of their listed calories (counting Rock Bop at 969). Three rows do not fit:

  • Rock Bop: the macros add up to about 953 calories. That matches 969, not 1,293. Cupbop’s kids Rock Bop (485) is also half of 969.
  • Doochi Bop: 31.3g of fat alone is about 282 calories, but the tofu portion is only 123 calories, and the macros add up to about 798 for a 532-calorie bowl. The fat is probably a decimal typo, and the 31.6g protein also looks high for that portion.
  • Veggie Bop: the macros add up to about 415 calories, lower than the listed 499. This gap is smaller, so treat it as a note rather than an error.

Other oddities in Cupbop’s table:

  • Dr Pepper appears twice with different values (220/320 and 250/360 calories).
  • Root Beer and Powerade Mtn Blast have identical numbers in every column, which may be a copy-paste.
  • Yogo Vera Peach lists 54g of sugar but only 28g of carbs, which is not possible.

We show Cupbop’s numbers and point out the doubts rather than quietly changing them. If you spot an error, email us from the Contact page.

Cupbop Calorie Calculator — Build Your Own Bop

Every Cupbop bowl starts with the same base: rice (230 cal), cabbage (14 cal) and noodle (165 cal), which is 409 calories before any protein. In a two-protein bowl you add both proteins to that 409. For example, Veggie + Tofu is 409 + 45 + 62 = 516 calories.

A handy shortcut: a two-protein combo is the average of the two single bowls. Beef + Chicken is (B Bop 643 + Kko Kko Bop 593) ÷ 2 = 618, which matches Cupbop’s combo table. That is because a bowl named after one protein, like Piggy Bop, is a double portion of that protein.

Calorie totals match Cupbop’s official combo figures. Macro totals (protein, carbs, fat) are our estimates, because Cupbop does not publish macros for combos.

Calories for two proteins match Cupbop’s official combo table. Macros are estimates (the average of the two single bowls). Cupbop does not publish a figure for a third protein, so Mega Bop totals are estimates.

Lowest-Calorie Combos

If you’re keeping things light, Veggie + Tofu comes in as one of the lowest options at just 516 calories for the full bowl — a solid pick if you want a filling meal without the calorie load of fried proteins.

Highest-Calorie Combos

On the other end, Rock + Snow tops out at 997 calories — both are fried proteins, so doubling up on them adds up fast. Good to know if you’re planning around a calorie budget.

Mega Bop Calculator Note

Ordering a Mega Bop instead of a standard bowl? The math works the same way — just add the calorie count of your third protein on top of your two-protein total above to get your full Mega Bop calorie count.

Best Cupbop Choices for Your Goals

Best for cutting: Krunch Bop has 557 calories and 31.3g of protein, one of the best protein-to-calorie ratios in Cupbop’s table. Veggie Bop is the lowest-calorie bowl at 499, but it has only 7.3g of protein. For a combo, Krunch + Veggie is 528 calories. Check the sauce rows below too: Cupbop lists sauces from 41 to 285 calories.

Best vegetarian pick: Doochi Bop and Noodle Bop are the two bowls on Cupbop’s official vegetarian list. Doochi Bop’s protein and fat figures look doubtful (see above), so we do not rank it on protein.

Best for lower sodium: Doochi Bop (581mg) and Krunch Bop (793mg) are the lowest. Every other bowl is above 1,100mg, close to half of the 2,300mg daily limit.

Best for bulking: Snow Bop has the most calories of any bowl (1,025 calories, 26.9g of protein). Rock + Snow is the highest combo at 997. No bowl in Cupbop’s table goes above about 32g of protein, so to add protein, add a side such as K-dawg (650 calories, 19 to 24g of protein).

Mandoo Plus (5 pieces) is about 165 calories and Mega Mandoo (12 pieces) about 396, calculated from Cupbop’s 3-piece figure.

Worth noting: Kimchi is the lowest-calorie side on the whole menu at just 30 calories, making it an easy add without much impact on your total. K-dawg, on the other hand, is by far the heaviest side at 650 calories across all four variants — all four also come in at the same calorie count, so your choice there comes down to flavor (panko vs. cereal flakes crunch) rather than nutrition. If you’re watching sodium specifically, the cereal-flakes versions of K-dawg run noticeably higher (1050–1080mg) than the panko versions (650–680mg).

Cupbop Sauces – Calories & Nutrition

Cupbop Sauces – Calories by Number (#1–#10 + GF Bulgogi)

Cupbop’s numbered sauces are blends, and the higher the number, the more chili ingredients are in the mix. Calories per 3.05 oz portion are below. For what is in each sauce, see our Sauce Guide.

Sauce Nutrition Breakdown

Sauce Calories Total Fat Sugar Sodium
#1 Sauce 226 12.96g 27.3g 243mg
#2 Sauce 231 14.01g 26.1g 255mg
#3 Sauce 235 15.06g 24.9g 266mg

#6 Sauce 268 21.47g 18.26g 352mg
#7 Sauce 224 16.33g 18.7g 445mg

#9 Sauce 121 8.82g 9.83g 689mg
#10 Sauce 41 0.23g 9.53g 625mg
GF Bulgogi Sauce 221 0g 52.3g 1538mg

Lowest-Calorie Sauce

Sauce #10 is the lowest-calorie option by far at just 41 calories — a big drop from every other sauce on the list, and almost fat-free.

Highest-Calorie Sauce

Sauce #5 tops the list at 285 calories, with the highest fat content of the numbered sauces too (21.46g).

Higher number does not mean more calories. Calories climb from #1 to #5 (285, the highest), then drop from #6, and #10 is the lowest at 41. Our guess is that this comes from the mayo leaving the blend, but Cupbop does not publish the ratios. Sodium climbs from #1 (243mg) to #9 (689mg), then dips slightly at #10 (625mg).

GF Bulgogi has no fat, but it has the most sugar (52.3g) and sodium (1,538mg) of any sauce.

Cupbop lists bowl and sauce calories in separate rows, and it is not clear whether the bowl totals include the sauce.

Cupbop Nutrition FAQs

A single bowl ranges from 499 (Veggie Bop) to 1,025 (Snow Bop). Two-protein combos range from 516 to 997. The base alone is 409 calories before any protein.

Cupbop’s table lists both 969 and 1,293. We use 969 because it matches the bowl’s parts and its fat, carb and protein numbers. Details are in “We Checked Cupbop’s Math.”

Kimchi has 30 calories. Among entrees, Veggie Bop has 499, and Veggie + Tofu is the lowest combo at 516. Several drinks are 0 calories.

From 41 (#10) to 285 (#5) per 3.05 oz portion. See the sauce table above and our Sauce Guide.

No. Combo calories match Cupbop’s official table, but Cupbop does not publish macros for combos, so those are our estimates.

Cupbop’s allergen chart describes “gluten friendly” food as having a chance of cross-contamination, okay for mild sensitivities. It is not certified gluten-free. If you have celiac disease or a serious allergy, read our allergen guide and confirm with your local store.
